The project scope included design and renovation of the customer training center, teaching kitchen and associates servery which are all visible from the main atrium. Installation of the training center and teaching kitchen incorporated multiple types of cooking equipment and work space for Rich Products customers. The associates (employees) serving area is supported by the current facility kitchen and includes multiple work stations for the many options presented to the associate each day
Ralph Wilson Stadium
Orchard Park, New York
Starting in 2012, this was a design collaboration with S2O Consultants that included 42 concession stands, writing press box, sports bar, commissary building and player's dining room. Construction started at the end of the Buffalo Bills season 2013 with the stadium open for start of pre-season 2014 making for a construction schedule of approximately nine months.
All concession stands were rebuilt. A total renovation of the first floor Stadium Administration building created the sports bar while the player's dining room is housed in the main administration / training building.

The Yahoo call center is supported by a 2,300 square foot facility that consists of a servery, storage and preparation. The management firm's gourmet menu options are prepared in a small front of the house cooking station. This is supported by an additional cooking station which brings the food process directly to the personnel for customization of menu options. Included are made to order sandwiches along with salad and soup options.
Adjacent to the servery, the casual seating area contains overhead doors for an outdoor feel in the warmer months.
