Total renovation of the existing food service operation included a building addition, and centralized scatter type operation. Seating for 600, includes a soft lounge area with fire place. All food products are prepared in front of the students, “back of the house” equipment consist of only storage and loading dock. The project achieved an operation that results in zero waste transported to land fills. All waste (food and paper) is sent through a pulping system, taken to a central dehydrator and turned into mulch for the campus building and grounds department.
Williams Center

The Williams Center, a round building located in the middle of Campus, houses a basement serving / seating area with attached banquet / dining facility. A separate Bistro Style sandwich station was located outside the main serving area. The banquet facility would be available for staff dining when events were not scheduled.
Rochester Educational Opportunity Center

The Rochester Education Opportunity Center project consisted of the renovation of four floors and the basement level of a five-story building. The renovation was designed to provide career training and college-readiness courses to approximately 1,500 students.
This newly renovated facility included a 500 seat, multi-purpose area for the center to host special events and featured a culinary bistro for training students.
